We have just learned that US Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson has notified Judi Johansen (BPA Administrator) today that the BPA will recommend a Good Corporate Citizenship Clause (GCCC) for Direct Service Industries (DSIs) in their 2001 - 2006 contracts with the BPA. The BPA will draft the policy within the next several days and then there will be a final 30-day comment period.
